See how maple syrup is made at our annual Open House and Sap House Tour! Always the weekend after St. Patrick's Day, this year's event is scheduled for:

Sunday, March 18th, 2007
10 AM to 4 PM each day

New this year: We have enlarged our kitchen and plan to serve a free pancake breakfast to all who come!
